When Joan first phoned, we advised we were not in a position to sell our rental home since our tenant had just re-signed a one-year agreement.
(I) mentioned to feel free to contact us the following year. From that time on she politely maintained contact with valuable information by mail. Two months before the lease was up, Joan made her second phone call to learn if we planned to continue to lease. We advised we were ready to sell and for the next several months Joan guided us with recommendations for inspectors, remodelers etc. Thanks to Joan, some of the companies & people she recommended we would use the following year to remodel our home.
