When Joan first phoned, we advised we were not in a position to sell our rental home since our tenant had just re-signed a one-year agreement.
(I) mentioned to feel free to contact us the following year. From that time on she politely maintained contact with valuable information by mail. Two months before the lease was up, Joan made her second phone call to learn if we planned to continue to lease.
